The header includes your Company Logo, Project Name and Project Manager. Show Header - when checked, will include a header on top of each page.Orientation - choose between Portrait and Landscape.Paper Format - specify the paper format you would like to use.For ease of readability, we recommend including only the Task Subject and Status. Select Columns - allows you to select which columns from the project are to be included in the printout. If you would like to view the full time line in the Gantt Chart, click on the Zoom to Full Timeline icon.Īfter you've adjusted the time span for the Gantt chart, click on the Print Project Plan icon located in the Project Toolbar.
